Aerial - Private Lesson

Service Description

Bespoke private lessons, using your choice of any of the Aerial equipment available at the Studio. Be it Aerial Silks, Trapeze or Aerial Hoop... or any combinations to meet your needs. Private Lessons will be entirely personalised to meet the individual participant's requirements, such as learning new skills, improving flexibility, strength and conditioning or improving technique. Private sessions will include a warm-up, the teaching of aerial skills and cool-down/stretch within each lesson.
