About Studio Air
Pilates and Aerial Art

STUDIO AIR

Studio Air is a physical training centre specialising in equipment & mat based Pilates and Aerial circus skills. All participants are warmly welcomed from complete beginners to industry professionals.

Although Pilates and Aerial initially seem quite removed from one another they entwine greatly. Whereby, most professional performance companies including dance and circus now include regular Pilates training to realign and strengthen the body for both prevention and rehabilitation of injury. On the other-hand those who practice the control of Pilates are also able to use these skills within the more creative environment of Aerials - physical training after all should be about fun! And thus the idea of 'Studio Air' was born, providing a centre of excellence for both.

Our boutique studio prides itself on quality and professionalism. Implemented through expert teaching, industry leading equipment, set within a bespoke training facility.
