Service Description

Bespoke private lessons, using your choice of any of the Pilates equipment available at the Studio. Be this the Pilates Reformer machines, Cadillac Wall Units, Arc Barrels, Boxes, Rotational Disks etc... or any combinations to meet your needs. Private Lessons will be entirely personalised to meet the individual participant's requirements, be it improving strength/flexibility, rehabilitation or more dynamic athletic conditioning.
